Event Information: The annual executive development training conference provides up to 8 hours of executive level training for Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs as required by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board. Each year’s training topic is instructed by noteworthy leaders of the industry to enhance knowledge and professional growth. This event is a great opportunity for attendees to access networking opportunities along with onsite vendor visits/displays.
Training: This year’s title of instruction is “Culture Shaping Communication” presented by Mr. Jorge Bonilla, the founder of Bonilla Leadership Coaching. Bonilla Leadership Coaching specialized in helping first responder organizations navigate today’s most pressing leadership challenges. Mr. Bonilla is a certified Dominance-Influence-Steadiness-Conscientiousness (DISC) Behavioral Consultant that has facilitated leadership development initiatives with police chiefs and their command staff that helps build alignments between mission, leadership behavior and organizational culture. Lodging Information: All lodging is included in the $650.00 conference registration fee. This includes a Friday and Saturday night hotel stay, hospitality room, Saturday night awards banquet with live entertainment and a Sunday morning brunch for the attendee and their guest. The Saturday night awards banquet includes a full buffet dinner, 50-50 raffle and numerous door prizes. For an additional $100.00 Thursday night accommodations will be provided. Eagle Ridge Resorts will also provide access to their 63 signature holes of championship golf at a special rate for conference attendees.
